At Safety Stars, we believe safety training should be practical, engaging, and genuinely useful — not a box-ticking exercise. We help organisations across the UK build safer, healthier workplaces through high-quality training that’s tailored to their people, risks, and environment.

We specialise in First Aid, Health & Safety, IOSH, and Mental Health First Aid – all delivered by experienced trainers who bring energy, real-life context, and hands-on learning to every session.

Whether it’s a one-off course or a long-term training partnership, we make it simple, effective, and stress-free – with options for on-site, virtual classroom, or open courses.

Our Story

2018 – Founded as Only First Aid Limited in November, focusing on First aid and Health and Safety training provision.

2019 – March 2019, began delivery of our first national contracts.

2020 – Provision of virtual classroom courses began initially as a result of in-person courses being temporarily stopped due to the Covid pandemic. Virtual Classroom quickly became popular and remains a preference to a number of clients.

2021 – Expanded training delivery team, with increased training coverage for Scotland and training locations

2022 – First Mental Health First Aid courses delivered

2024 – IOSH approved training provider and in October, we rebranded to Safety Stars

2025 – Supporting clients in over 18 sectors nationwide

Meet Our Founder

Ben Clement

Ben launched the business in 2018 with a clear goal: to make workplace training clear, relatable, and action-focused.

Having worked across sectors from education to logistics, Ben saw that many training providers delivered generic content with little practical impact. So he built Safety Stars to do things differently – with experienced trainers, flexible delivery, and a focus on confidence, not just compliance.
