The roles and responsibilities of an emergency first aider

How to assess an incident and respond safely

Managing an unresponsive casualty (conscious and unconscious)

Performing adult CPR and using an AED (defibrillator)

Placing a casualty in the recovery position

Responding to choking, seizures and shock

Assessment. There are practical assessment for a variety of activities such as CPR, Recovery Position etc. Delegates will also complete a short multiple-choice based assessment at the end of the course.
